Swan Hill and surrounds is currently experiencing a surge in rodents since the recent floods. While we continue to spray and bait the facility there are some things that you can do to protect your assets.

1. Do not keep food inside storage units
2. Protect items with fabric such as upholstered furniture and mattress’ with wrapped plastic. Do not wrap tightly though as you don’t want a build up of moisture.
3. Store items in airtight plastic containers
4. Keep items elevated. This could be on pallet racking or shelves.
5. Consider getting insurance for your items. Insurance can be obtained through McLardy McShane or Rutherford Street Insurance Services.
